The core platform is free for professional clubs: the Coaches dashboard, the Coaches app, the Player app and Opta data, with no per-seat pricing and no trial clock. Add-ons such as OPN Intelligence, the AI layer, are optional and priced separately. Nothing in the core switches off if you choose not to add them.
Days, not months. We do the setup with you: squads and staff accounts, your GPS and testing integrations, and whatever historical data you can give us. Most clubs are running inside a week, and there is nothing to install on club machines.
OPN reads from STATSports, Catapult, PlayerData, Fitogether and VALD, and Opta data is built in as standard. If you use something that is not on that list, tell us on the call: integrations are how the record gets built, so it is the first thing we check.
Only the people a role allows. Your physio sees clinical detail; coaches see availability and return-to-play status, never the notes. Access is granted by role, every change to a medical record is logged with who made it and when, and the player can see their own record.
Your club keeps its own record and can export it. Each player keeps their Digital Athlete Passport, because that record belongs to the person it describes. Nothing is held hostage to keep you on the platform.
No. Most clubs start with one department, usually availability and the medical room, and add GPS, planning and the player app as staff get comfortable. The record grows with you rather than demanding a big-bang migration.
