OPNPLAY is in build now, with a launch planned for the 2026/27 season. Clubs who register interest hear first, and we come to you before it opens rather than sending you to a queue.
The club pays nothing: no setup fee, no per-team licence and no minimum squad size. Players can subscribe individually for the full app, and 20% of what each one pays goes straight back to their own club. A club where nobody subscribes still pays nothing and still gets the platform.
Nothing technical. There is no server, no installation and no IT person required. You will need your squads and a contact for each player or parent, and we do the rest with you. If your club already keeps a spreadsheet, that is usually enough to import.
Yes, and that is the part we take most seriously. Records are access-controlled by role, parents hold consent for under-18s, and nothing about a child is visible to anyone the parent has not allowed. Data is stored in the UK or EU, and every change is logged with who made it and when.
It is built for clubs run by volunteers on a Tuesday night, not for a performance department. Most clubs start with availability and the schedule, and never touch the rest until they want to. Nothing is compulsory.
It goes with them. Their Digital Athlete Passport belongs to the player, so it follows them to their next club, their academy or the professional game. Your club keeps its own record of the time they were with you.
